Shipping

All orders ship from the UK with tracked DHL delivery. Shipping charges are listed below. Dollar amounts are in USD.

Where included, duties, taxes and clearance fees are covered, with no additional import charges on delivery. For other destinations, any applicable import charges are payable by the customer. Dollar amounts are in USD.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: UK 3–4 business days; international 3–7 business days. Customs clearance may cause delays.

Archive Sale

Archive Sale purchases are final sale, with no refunds, exchanges or store credit.

Orders dispatch within 7 days of confirmation. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied to reduced items unless stated. Oversold items will be cancelled and refunded. We may amend or withdraw the sale without notice.

Returns

Eligible purchases outside the Archive Sale can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, with tags attached and original packaging intact. Please protect footwear boxes with outer packaging.

We do not accept returns on underwear, socks or jewellery, except where required by law. Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

Book through our Returns Portal. All orders include a DHL return label; its cost is deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can arrange your own return.

Return costs: UK £7.50 · Europe €25 · USA US$20 · Japan up to ¥6,000 · Rest of World US$30.
